People think o brien is straight , im not sayimg he wins alot but he stops alot for industry and totally agree with what abba says , people say he is great trainer but i dont agree , he runs alot of his horses that are not right or over top like old mark johnstone , u never saw sir michael stoute run his horses scatter gun 4/11 shotsrunning up and down on spot , when sir michael ran his horses they were there with full potential or if novice to come along steadilly for eg sir michael wouod not have ran sand beach after hard raceat kilarney a few days later but o brien does this and doesnt give a damm bout punter , o brien mite win big races with his fine pedigree horses but a world class traimer wins the bread and butter not having avalanches of odds shot beat for industry , o brien behinds scences is just a front man for the bookie industry , junior does same carry on , they are only filth and o brien wouldnt tie laces of sir michael stoute

AOB cannot be considered in the same view as Sir Cecil, Sir Stoute or even Mr Cumani. AOB is all about numbers, from his (free) ready-supply and battalion of well-bred but mediocre horses from his employer, Coolmore. AOB has run so many horses in the wrong races, the latest being Albert Einstein this season, The Lion In Winter, last.
I cannot remember a champion sprinter by AOB in the last 10 years. His Derby winners have been nondescript and average. And, none has run in The Arc either. |

Sir michael farmed derby at empsom for years and hadnt endless supply of purple bred animals like o brien that have guaranteeed stamina , if sir michael or even john and thady had o briens annumition they would do better job , o brien is a guesser as i said before he runs his horses like old mark johnstome scatter gun approach , there was no guessing with sir michael and if ever read fallon senior admiration how he trained u would realise this .o brien even has to resort to nefarious tactics to win races blockimg other trainers horses on the run to get an edge , he is classless and its only luck of God no jockey got seroous injury as a result but tye fawning media wont tell u this
