It's outrageous. I can understand why Mr Gosden is reticent to send one of his stars to contest their combined battalion in their backyard.
I'm glad AMO Racing has landed a Gp 2 in their own backyard. Power Blue won cosily on 7f. The form against Bow Echo and Gstaad was upheld. |

The jockey of the fav, Al Riffa, was over-confident and perhaps sleeping on the task at hand. Moore, on Illinois (2f), deliberately kept the fav in. And, by the time the gap appeared for the fav a no-hoper on the outside had accelerated past them all.
