Coming from a sweaty I’m surprised some Engerland fans are pessimistic I think that’s the best squad you’ve had for a few years and with Kane (Who deserves the Ballon Dor) by the way is frightening? If you were told you’ve got Norway in the quarters you’d be well pleased with that draw and the spirit in the squad seems great no reason to fear anyone I guess.

Why would England fear France…Great football gung-ho but in defence Kane and Bellingham plus if Saka goes down the flanks I’d be happy playing against them on a one off basis. What do I know I was in Spain 82 Italy 90 and France 98 and back home before the postcards got to my house…
