good question. Didn't see it live and probably a good thing. The line is earlier than the first still on rtv. When they pull it back ( 7:54:44 ) you can see the horses in the mirror and the nearside horse on the track has clearly won. But when you look at the horses looks the other way. Commentator said 2nd was 1.25 in foto betting at one point.

were you tempted to back the winner later ? when they showed the line slo-mo of the mirror it was closer than I thought. I suppose that close and it can never be totally relied on.

Absolutely. The 2ptp was trading very low early in photo betting, like 1.05-1.10, and I was trying to catch some of it but kept missing. In the end I only got £16 back.
 Betfair had already suspended photo betting by the time they showed the slo-mo. |
