Willie, you can see 26 consequtive Reds on a roulette wheel ?? What price a 27th. ?
Not saying it definetly cant win just that I wont be backing it, and yes will probably lay it depending on the odds.

15 months ago he was 3rd of a mark of 67 on GF over 6 furlongs so last weeks 2nd of a mark of 50 did not come as a surprise to some. If I knew he was wanted I would back him but as I don't no bet. I like to know they are trying at that price. Good luck whatever you decide to do.

SA, I agree with you entirely but unless you have contatcs in every stable across the land we as punters can in truth only naively assume that all are trying as much as we know that is not the case.
I am sure you would have viewed last weeks run, and as much as it is low grade it was glaringly obvious that this horse is currently on a mark well within its range, losing approx 12-15 lengths at the start and eventually being beaten a length into 2nd.
I normally go against the glaringly obvious and also try not to follow the mob as it were but on the same track, under likely similar if not the same conditions, off of the same mark the only differences to todays race from last week is the jockey booking and the draw. The horse could have been drawn anywhere last week, it wouldn't have mattered as it was so far behind early on.
I expect it to shorten as I thought the horses price would be way sub 2/1 but we shall see.
It is low grade stuff but purepy on wehat has been seen with the eye, we can only hope Appleby has it in the same form and mood as last week, barring the start obviously.
We shall see. Good luck

I honestly have no idea if he wins today or not but will watch the race with interest. The 1st time blinkers and tongue strap could improve him or unsettle add other question marks for today. HoratioNelson I know overall I have lost money backing short price horses who have ran well LTO. IF I had a better record with them I would get involved but my burnt fingers haven't healed yet but good luck however you play the race.

Cheers SA....I tend to stay away from a shortie and my first angle is always can we get the fav beaten....I have only had a relatively small play and it's in a double with the fav in the 2nd.
No drama either way but just an interest play. Enjoy mate

The horse is clearly a bit cuckoo. I thought its run last week was far better than today's. No complaints whatsoever though. Loads in hand but just maybe not putting it all in.
Onwards and upwards
