I know you get these figures on a per race basis once the meeting has begun but is there anyway platform that shows the breakdown of selections by race, by runner prior to the 1st race?

As far as I know only Tote have that info. And they seed their own pools so presumably this is done to maximise their advantage right on the off of the first race.
if you go to the Tote site , click on place pot on sidebar, then the meeting you will see the progress both visually and numerically. Clicking on each individual race retrospectively shows the status of the pool at that stage. Totepool Live only shows the present state of play, not the route taken to get there
