obviously group horse but would guess he will do well to be placed in a G1
Sounds about right, unless you get one of those odd freak ones where you get a weak field.
Extremely Zain is entered in the Sussex Stakes so was indeed the proverbial Group horse in a handicap.
A relatively minor class 3 handicap worth 15k. I'd calm down re a group horse. Maybe group 3 at best.
if you just based the race as a bog standard handicap without knowing the profile of the winner you wouldn't bet a penny on it upholding the form with the rag who finished 2nd on the revised terms,who got a worse run through,give 1st to the winner and had to wait 2 or 3 times for others to drop away before getting through
