What a pillock Mr Osborne was! As if the training horses is not a full-time job Mr Osborne had the temerity and "judgement" to do what he did at a RACECOURSE ,the venue of his livelihood. It's not only poor judgement but totally devoid of sanity and professionalism.
I hope Saffie has chastised him for his action on that racecourse.

Osborne is lucky this was dealt with in-house by the BHA and the police were not involved (as are his WhatsApp chums) and nor were coked-up, half-cut, irate boyfriends.

Pretty [very] daft to do it, but it's a power play once the opportunity arises.
For reasonableness you always have to inverse the identities in my view. Do we think that a female trainer would be similarly shamed if they were filming a clothed ear end of a bloke?

My biggest problem with what he done, he would not be happy if he heard someone done it to his daughter and was going to share it on whatsapp, and there some friend of Ozzys that more than likey would have put it on x or somewhere else. Just so tacky,

It's perfectly legal to photograph people in public. Not up skirting of course. It's just very daft to do something that someone can use to try and turn your life upside down.
If you think about it, rtv are recording peoples backsides every day and broadcasting it without their consent. Next week at RA 100s of women will be photographed and filmed without their explicit consent. And men, as it happens.

Yes it's daft. Once someone has used the power play to complain about it, and he admitted what he did, he needed a warning or something. As per usual now, the sanction is way out of proportion of the misdemeanour. When people who commit actual crimes are let off. Everything revolved around identity now, and white male boomers are good for a kicking.

Agree with you in reality, however just have visions of him and his mates thinking how funny they are. If he had been man enough to admit it, I would said verbal warning son, sort your life out, job done.

Race-Fixing & Doping Investigation (1998) The Arrest: Osborne was arrested alongside other high-profile jockeys in late January 1998 as part of a major Metropolitan Police investigation into race-fixing and doping. The Outcome: Osborne was released without charge and completely cleared of any race-fixing or doping allegations by the end of that year.
BBC "Kenyon Confronts" Controversy (2002) The Incident: Osborne was fined £4,000 by the Jockey Club after he was recorded by a BBC undercover reporter admitting that he would be prepared to "cheat" to lower a horse's handicap. The Outcome: He publicly defended himself, stating his remarks were taken entirely out of context in an attempt to secure a sale, but was still penalized for bringing racing into disrepute

I love that being released without charge and completely cleared (the the words of the quote) counts as doing something badly
The second one, people involved in horse racing are absolutely shocked that connections try to obtain a lower handicap mark, and might not always be trying their hardest to win in every race entered. It's only about 95% of horse racing.
Not exactly damning is it? There is a common denominator, for someone who comes across as generally pretty intelligent, he seems to lack some basic common sense and liable to putting his foot in it!

Women's ársés are so beautiful & poetic to look at & admire (without frothing at the gills or wanting to búm them to death) and it's probably something me & my mates would do...and I've got 3 daughters!
It's a case of fair game if they've got sprinters' quarters though being a relatively high-profile character is probably his main 'crime'...and of course that he's been collared, so now the world & his dog supposedly thinks he's a creepy sicko which he's NOT - he's just a red-blooded, regular, healthy pervert who likes a laugh...and an ársé.
In the grand scheme of things...this obsession with 'outrage' concerning fcúk all nowadays is meaningless as we see much more serious shít every day. The self-righteous media who are critical of him gave their clearance to Bill Wyman (& Mandy Smith) a few decades ago when it was in plain sight for all to see and nobody batted an eyelid!
It's not that long ago that the same professional offence archaeologists weren't so righteous & indignant when there was a daily countdown in The Sun to Charlotte Church's 16th birthday - I don't know how the bástárds got away with that!
PS - I'd wager the owner of the ársé in question will be ecstatic with all the attention she will get (and remunerated for) and far from being so traumatised (that it'll make future visits to public places like racecourses unlikely) as has been reported, she'll revel in her 15 minutes of fame...as 95% of women would!

Bottom line (OI OI) if he done nothing wrong he should have manned up. And how many other pictures has he got If it was to join the gallery, he is a peeping tom at best. If he was decent guy he would have said to the pair, look it was a stupid joke, I can only apologise, got around of drinks in and said next time I have a good one, I will give you the nod. For all we know this could be a hobby how creepy to be seen doing it, I wonder if they were joking as they/he done it. SURELY he has enough money to get a lap dance in a controlled environment. Or is that the thrill of getting caught. What other images are lurking. i KNOW not mine, he would wide angle lens for arris.

Delashay - there's no point in playing on here anymore as posts are either up for inspection by the 'moderators' and then have a long wait...until one of the góbshítes can be árséd or just routinely deleted
I did compose a response but it's been removed by the children running this shít-show as I've obviously uttered a syllable out of place - utter béllénds!
I did say that See The Fire has very little chance and can't even be regarded as a fair each way bet because she can't get near Ombudsman...and how's she gonna displace three of those of the front quintet? A definite place LAY. She's as good as a 250/1 poke to win in my view!

My response to Hammerhed was deleted so the children are obviously tuning in...and clearly very protective of 'The Iron' Just surprised the árséwipés let the salvo I fired at them remain
For those who missed it:
Why don't you just f'off Hammerhead...with your maggot between your legs! YOU were 100% wrong góbshíte - Henderson's targeting Germany. NOBODY likes you...and I'd expect you've heard that many times in the real world.
PS - a friend of mine who's also on here mentioned the regular béllendry on this forum nowadays when I referred to the criticism I received about Constitution Hill from idiots who just don't understand ANYTHING about the sport...and before I went to explain the stupidity of HRH (his Royal Hammerhead) my mate butted in, mentioning the aforementioned tít having been an itch on his balls - that is 100% true!
Now what's the chances of that...with just one dart? Bullseye
Goodbye Hammerhead - your double-digit IQ means you're just not up to jousting with me about erm...ANYTHING! Your only association with any knowledge of the sport will be your visit to 'The Racecourse' next year...and by that I mean The Hammers' visit to Wrexham...and Lincoln & Preston

Thanks Herbie, it’s clear that you think that she’ll be getting a good view of Ombudsman’s rear! So the talk isn’t out of place! I think that she’s a good yardstick for the form, was beat the same distances twice when behind Ombudsman last year.
Quite often in these races one or two of the fancied ones fail to run their race.

Delashay - I did get that one You're right to say one or two fancied ones can often fail to perform on the day but as See The Fire's officially rated the 7th best in the race, just to make the frame will require several of them to under-perform and that's why I see her as being awful value.
I think asking for at least three horses who are clearly superior to her to run below par is asking far too much though I wouldn't wanna lay her for a place before knowing if they all line up.
There will be far better 16 or 20/1 shots with WINNING chances running over the meeting so I'd advise anyone to steer clear of her with 0.X% chance of glory...probably worthy of a 150/1 poke in my WIN book...and even placing will require not just a lot of good fortune, but a personal best from her.
Her best chance revolves around the others' weaknesses and for her to be on the premises would require a stinker on the ground from Daryz which isn't actually as far fetched as many would think cos as much as I like the horse, I've noticed after a few decades in this sport that solid, strong French favourites will often disappoint here when there are faster conditions, so as good as he is and however confident his shrewd trainer might be, he hasn't done it yet, which means a definite question mark against him.
It seems to be a 'shock to the system' for so many of his previously untried ilk and they'll regularly run 10lb wrong.
With a couple of pacemakers, there's likely to be a rattling good pace on faster ground so Daryz will be have to adapt as he's surely gonna be tested by a peak Ombudsman, so he's in at the deep-end with conditions he's not accustomed to.
Minnie Hauk & Kalpana would definitely prefer 12f with a bit of cut, so if it gets any drier I think it's possible we might see a withdrawal or two and Almaqam is also untried on a faster surface.
Regarding The Coronation Cup...I was correct in thinking that Calandagan & Jan Brueghel could be vulnerable and not at a full-pelt 100% peak as there are obviously more prioritised targets for them in late Summer & Autumn whereas Balding's mare could well have been tuned for the day as it was the season's 'easiest' Group One she could possibly win against the boys - what I didn't anticipate was the weather and if I would've been privy to the forecasts, I would've also been on your mate (Baty City Roller) as he was proven on bottomless ground.

Cheers Herbie all well said and agree with you, I’m hoping that we see Daryz run to form, see something special.
It’s the one race where the French have done well in over the years, they only ever manage 1 or 2 winners during the week and send their best for this.
I’m not worried about his run at York, as the trainer has his methods. I thought that they’d target the Jean Pratt with Rayif as he was impressive on the straight track at Deauville. Shahan trialed for it and looked like he can go up in trip so maybe that’s why they’ve reshuffled.
I get your point about better 20/1 shots, hope that they all turn up for the race. Kaplana ran on good in KG last year so fingers crossed.
Best of luck.

Dela - likewise, as the York run doesn't concern me at all as I heard Graffard say it was all part of his education, making him more professional on the road to The Arc...and it was job done.
If I remember correctly...Daryz was absolutely friendless in the market in the preceding days after initally being round 6/1 before going off at 16/1 so there weren't great expectations.
I hope Daryz does act on the ground and runs his race but I think Ombudsman's familiarity with the conditions, CD & ground swings it in his favour and I suspect it'll be enough to thwart him.

I thought so too. The sick behaviour of Mr Osborne ought not to be a prolonged embarrassment to Saffie (his daughter) who's doing really well on the track.
