It's deemed a runner!

How Wrist Art can be deemed a runner when it's up on it's hind legs as the stalls open, compared to Benvenuto Cellini, goodness knows. Crazy

I totally agree.

But even worse than a stupid rule, is a stupid rule applied with no consistency.

Yes the rule needs to be changed and go back to how it was for years with very few issues. Now we have no idea what's going on. How the Derby fav was a non runner whilst  Wrist Art is a runner is an extraordinary situation.

IMHO going on recent events I expected a non runner. I done a lazy bet fav 4 places and expected a 50% reduction or something so happy.

I think there was a critical difference here compared to the Derby, World Pool is not involved today.

Horse was clearly up on his hind legs before the stalls opened, the excuse the other day whereby if the starter had chance he'd have delayed and got the horse vetted should have applied here, therefore horse should have been declared a non runner

The sport is in dire straits.

The decision makers at the top need to be held accountable for their inconsistencies.
