Still 2 quid a ticket but there's 2 draws now, or Round 1 and Round 2 as they call it
Both draws have the same system as before...6 numbers plus a bonus number
Then, 2 sets of prizes...tonight nobody won the jackpot on either draw...it was only 2 million quid, which would be nice but way below the early years.
The Euromillions has the much bigger prizes these days...me and the missus only carry on doing it because we started off with 2 sets of numbers and just do them every draw

Its basically gone back to £1 a line , £1 for 2 numbers simply to get people to have to go and pick it up and then might as well have another go or a scratchcard

I see people wasting their money on the hot picks for? 59 numbers and the true odds of winning £800 are 1624/1! You are significantly better off betting on the Irish Lottery with the bookmakers. You are picking from only 47 numbers and some bookmakers pay £800 yet the true odds are only 809/1. You will win at least twice as often on the Irish and lose significantly less.
