just watched the race    yeah fav was never an odds-against chance and TF record the rag as 1.32 IR

Happened just after the race started - someone had a fat finger moment on the rag and I guess the lack of liquidity forced the cross matcher to push the prices out on everything. No doubt the lump on the rag never hit the screen and has gobbled instantaneously by the bf pac-man robot. Feel for the fat finger lad, back in the day you be able to cancel your bet if you realised as soon as it hit the screen and prob only matched what was already there on the ladder. Now its gone without anyone noticing.

So if someone has a bet on a 66/1 at a short price they lay part of the bet themselves ?

I think that's how it work, they take what prices that are on offer for the other runners to secure a guarantee win or best execution as BF call it.
