Didn't seem too worried...shoulder shrug...thats racing...all points to the conclusion Christmas Day was the one anyway....I wonder if he would have had the favourite in any year as a sole runner if his attitude on that start would have been different...I Think so...he would have probably have been calling for a void race...blaming the starter for letting them go

doesnt really effect AOB, /owners
seems a lot to me but read somewhere 9th/10th place was worth 200,000,are they really going to tell anyone other than AOB ,that your a nonner and forfeit 200 grand prize money  ?

You're untitled to your opinion maddog.
The evidence was there identifying the mule had just 3 legs on the turf.
Might have been the fault of said mule but if a punter can't win then it can't lose.
Rule would have been applied in the same way in other jurisdictions.
