It’s only fair,because their legs don’t go quick enough,these runners should be declared as non runners.

if you believe the loony head of stewards ,if the fav had finihed 2nd beaten a sht hd,, AOB would have sent Ryan in to argue the stalls didn't cost him a sht hd or he,d lose 2nd place prize money and be declared a nonner
