The going is "good" as opposed to "good to soft" on the inside half of the straight...according to turftrax this morning
Plus getting a rail to run against helps a horse, obviously making the difference in that last race

We can't have a Derby coming up the stand rail, I mean, aesthetically speaking, it just won't do

As water doesn't run uphill it is inevitable when they get plenty of rain

Watering is a modern day curse but it is a fact that there is a six foot drop from the Stands Side to the Inner,wonders.
