U cant be that incompetent, that ride on declan carroll horse was obscene , its seems to me u ran horse up back of others to cheat

He totallly disorentated horse whiping it down the neck purposely running it into trouble on back of others and when clear gap refused ot instead looking to run it up the back og those in front , this horse is a stout stayer and needs winding up but this jockey refused to let it run on its merits , these are the sort of rides the bha need to take action
