winner drifted left..hmp 2nd and 3rd..was hanging jockey cudnt do mutch..won 3L

he hasn't done anywhere enough there imo but prob won too far & "wrong" horse 2nd
Jockey's are allowed to be negligent regarding safety in this country.
the left handed smack is whilst the horse is hanging
1st veering after right handed smack he has done everything correctly initially
had no interest in correcting that horse from hanging to the rail imo
it happens in seconds wonders..easy sitting in armchair riding horses.
stewards must have mumbled 'won too far for a disq' as was 101 an inq called.
corrected the 1st hanging v quickly rico I think it suited him to roll across 2nd move
So when he slightly interfered with the beaten horse it was careless, but when he severely interfered with a challenging horse it was accidental 
Fallon was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he allowed his mount to shift left-handed without timely correction when insufficiently clear of BAILEYS KHELSTAR (FR) carrying that gelding off its intended onto PERSONAL BEST, who as a result was moved off its intended line.
The interference was found to be accidental as NAVAL TRIBUTE hung persistently left-handed despite Fallon’s best efforts to correct to the gelding, causing Hornby to check when tightened for room
