Since I bought a Fiio Digital Audio Player and a good pair of Sennheiser headphones...I didn't think this was possible...but the Beatles have gone UP even further in my estimation!!!...McCartneys stunning melodic vocal qualities and the sheer musicianship of all of them is an ongoing revelation...everyone needs to hear 24 bit Beatles

Saw McCartney on BBC the other night. Couldn't believe how weird he looked. An 83 year old without wrinkles. No chance.

He was a good looking guy in his heyday Macca....he must have had some fantastic looking women running after him....and he could play a guitar too...just one of those assets was a bird magnet...he had both

A very talented individual who morphed into Ken Dodd's love child

He was a genius and I particularly love how he can put more than one song into a song if that makes sense?
An example Band On The Run, also one of the best base lines ever in it as with Get Back. |

Delashay ,ripped Flacs, and Amazon Music Hi Res streaming...also HDTracks 24 bit files, get a Fiio player even the entry ones are top class ,whatever player you get make sure it runs Android OS so you can put fantastic apps on, most Fiios have the bluetooth codec LDAC big difference if used with LDAC wireless headphones ... the android music player app USB Audio Player PRO is the best there is...dont be confused by the USB part it outputs via wired headphones,Bluetooth,or USB from a Fiio ...Ive tried a lot of players and I've built a lot of hi-fi rigs over the years Mission stuff,Audiolab etc....don't waste your time on junk players , right now Fiio players are the best bang for buck most have twin Ess dacs, for headphones Sennheiser HD 560s Over-Ear Open Back Headphones are best value out there for sixties and Beatles stuff large soundstage and pick up individual musicians easily,FiiO players will play Apple ALAC (Apple Lossless) files

Thanks Rockin really appreciate all the info I’ve been looking and seen a few others but now I can pinpoint!
Do you have a top end one? I’m dubious of shelling out because of how the iPods just went out. What models / codes do you see as being their entry models? Thanks again I’ll be treating myself with my birthday ![]() |
