Once they’re built,it’s free energy whenever it’s windy. Some days good, some days bad.Yet we’ll drill 4 miles down in North Sea for oil,no logic. But BP can influence MPs,so hence we pretend to go green, whilst letting BP sell more product. We need all forms of energy,or we stay at the mercy of oil, coal, gas prices. It’s no brainer.
Wrong! Wind power/energy is not free because IT HAS TO BE CONVERTED INTO USABLE ENERGY. It cannot go straight into the grid; it has to converted to the correct type of electrical current. This requires a lot of computing power. And guess where that power comes? North Sea oil. But not our North Sea oil. No, no, no! We buy our North Sea oil from Norway, who drill in the same North Sea oil fields that have. So, we our buying our own oil, from another country, at a greater cost, to power these windmills that either produce too much power (and it can't be stored - unlike oil/gas) or not enough.
It is a brainer and you're an idiot!
