I couldn’t have it tbh….as predicted yesterday tbf…

Oh dear! Another kicking for punters. A reversal of Newmarket form.

your a goldmine behind over the years dave tbf...ewe cudnt have a lot of things that went awry.

Winner took a few strides to get going after he pulled it wide. Once it did it was devastating. That won't be losing again this season.
|
|
By:
I backed the winner purely because she was given an easy enough time of it at Newmarket. Wayne Lordan sounded like someone who couldn't believe his luck that he was on her as O'Brien had made it clear how much she had improved since Newmarket.

yet ryan decides to switch.

Can the after timer cops come and arrest that man!

at least he bets..

I bet he takes it on the chin when he loses unlike some

Find it baffling that theyre saying True Love didnt stay yet at Newmarket looked like a horse who would easily stay further.
|
|
By:
you take it on the chin at the glory hole...take your own kitchen roll.
|
|
By:
Anyone wonder why the field split in that race? It’s nice when you land it but not for others.
No one call me an after timer again! Because to do that you need to have some consistency! ![]() |

Come on over to another thread, you’ve ran from two tids

As said I didn’t bet so no bitterness for anyone on the winner. My remark about aftertimers was tongue in cheek.
I’ll ask you all to consider this, was the race ran to suit the winner? With the second and 3rd both making the running? From the post : Precise, twice a winner at the highest level last season, had to overcome adversity after stumbling from the stalls and suffering a slow start. In contrast, True Love was swiftly into stride, taking the box seat behind leader Abashiri. The runners split into two distinct groups in the straight, with True Love looking in command along the far side rail, and Precise towards the rear of the group racing more towards the centre of the track. Was there a quicker strip up the center? After the first Derby Trial at Leopardstown AOB was keen to point out that Bonnard had raced inside on the slowest strip. We all know that races can be run to suit to win or lose. |

By:
The sectionals will show it, well done to those who landed it and didn’t follow Moore blind.
|
|
By:
My question is, does Ryan Moore have any idea about the horses he is riding, jumped off True Love in the 1,000, then jumps off the horse he rode in that race, just gives the impression he’s a clueless clown
|
|
By:
He’s told what to ride, he’s not clueless as they listen to his feedback, he’s happy he’ll win other Group 1’s
I always felt that Murtagh went because he wasn’t willing to play this same game with Joey. |
|
By:
Having a number one stable jockey is great for having one runner in the market at much shorter odds.
But in reality you see they like to keep all riders happy and at times dish them out winners throughout the season. |
|
By:
Moore also saying True Love didn't stay. The English Guineas she won must have been an odd race.
|
|
By:
I’m sure that you know that the Curragh is more stamina testing than Newmarket, compare how she was ridden in both races and it’s no surprise.
Yesterday I looked at the distances that Spicy Marg has been beaten last twice and I came to the same conclusion. |

Delbert,the master of aftertimers.
What a pity you didn't back your aftertime opinion pre race |

The race was @ 4:30 at least be fair with your put downs. I know it was a bad day but hey! ![]() P.s. I’m sure backers of True Love didn’t expect her to be a pacemaker or run on poached ground! ![]() |

Too right it had turn over written all over it but 4’s weren’t a carrot that tempted me!

Wayne Lordan interviewed straight after the race on RTE so I repeated what he said. For those who tried to be clever but failed miserably.

”Wayne Lordan interviewed straight after the race on RTE” Where’s the quote that you’re referring too? |
|
By:
He said O'Brien told him how much the horse had improved since Newmarket. His whole demeanor was one of someone who was surprised and delighted he was on the horse instead of the other one.

I dont care tbh. You have this notion that you have to go through every post either having a go at people or licking their arses. Leave me out of it.

By:
Nor would I the first stage of Jockey Club decs are tomorrow and look at the Derby Market today. It’s not hard to say he’s going here, that’s going there.
The race is a week away and it can’t be said where a runner is going! The media are disgraceful for reporting his tweets. |

Delbert is an Autistic person and as such,he must always be right.
