Morning Salmon spray,
how long ago were you there ? Are you going to come today ? Usually have good field sizes at Kingston, expecting 5 / 6 a race today so similar size to under rules. Lots of close finishes at the last meeting so very exciting racing to watch |

It was a superb day.
Good crowds, 30 runners over 6 races, very exciting racing, lots to cheer and the only complaint was the weather was rather hot ! Though the course did a wonderful job with water points and jockeys dismounting after the finish line so horses could be cooled down immediately. The beer tent had a queue for most of the afternoon as it offered shade to thirsty punters looking for a thirst quencher. Followed by a free party after racing this Berks and Bucks Draghounds meeting was a real success. Has to be one of the best point to points of the season and a real Gold Star meeting. Anyone looking for somewhere to go and enjoy racing need look no further than Kingston Blount next season. . |
