As per usual i was transferring out my balance yesterday. A message appeared that it had not gone through and try again later. Then it rest to zero which i thought was odd, after checking my account with my online bank,it had not been credited to my account.
The faqs with betfair say to wait up to 4 days then contact them. I have the fast card type that is always in before thr hour. I have to get a tracing number from them to contact the bank seemingly. Having not much faith in customer services with Betfair can anyone point me to how it works and the hoops i will have to jump through.

Was the amount large? Have you experienced the same issue before? If your answer is yes and no respectively consider contacting your bank. The transfer / transaction could still be pending at the bank and not showing up yet.
The above happened to me with a reimbursement from 'ladcrookes'(attempted stealing). The reimbursement did not show up at my bank immediately until a few days later. |

Anyone had issues transferring money from their poker wallet to sports wallet? Always shows as "fault" for me and i have to contact BF directly. Annoying.
