Going behind , horse racing revisited, (came across this site by chance )

I would think a site called going behind gets all sorts visiting with many disappointed by the provided content.

Great find, elisj, nostalgia overload. Still can't nail a winner!

I find reading about off stuff, particularly 60's and 70's, more interesting than the dirge that's served up on daily basis.

That said this appears to limited to lifts from the Daily Mirror. How much better if we could see old copies of the Life or Chronicle? And how much better if people can come up with actual footage from very old races. There are a few heroes who do this, but there must be loads of races that remain hidden.
