No-one, but no-one should not condemn the 'grooming gangs' (of any colour, creed or class) Foyles-that's a given.
I happen to agree with him, and his adherents inasmuch that illegal immigration is just that, illegal and should be addresssed in the fullest sense.

Don't do gym workouts but have a physical job walking miles a night bending stretching, up and down stairs carrying heavy weights, loading lorries,  all done at my own pace so I'm not really out of breath but it must help.

I've not got a good diet and despite working with fruit and veg rarely eat it but my weight has been around just shy of 100kg for years so the workl must be keeping it in check.

I can only guess, but I suspect there is a lot more to this than just exercise. There are many ways to get exercise without going near a gym. For a starter how many people will take their car instead of walking even short distances?
