I'm heading off to watch Tappers run in the 17.05 @ Stratford.
We got the 4/1 last night which was a tad overpriced , now 15/8 general. (15p rule 4 on the 4/1 of course.)
He's well and hopefully he'll run his usual gutsy race and Isabelle loves him and they're a great team.
Home safe and sound is always the # 1 priority whatever happens in the race.

The biblical rainstorm that hit the track was most untimely. He over reached and lost a shoe during the early stages and he never really was travelling on the wet track. We had huge doubts after the deluge t.b.h. but that's the way it goes sometimes of course. Hey ho, the world keeps spinning and all that... |
