5/4 for this filly is outstanding value.

Forget her last run at Warwick that was to blow the cobwebs off.

She is 10lb better at York as loves a flat track. Geoff smith love York his favourite track. Appleby is bang out of form. We have so much in our favour as punters here.

I would seriously make her a strong 2-5 shot,it's not often we get gifts like this. Time to lump on boys and I can see her winning easy I mean over 3 lengths.

There is simply zero negatives.

Just to add, been punting 40 years and this is one of the best prices I have seen.

I'm going to York and I will back her at anything upto 4-6.

And Rico I plan on having around 6k on which is big for myself but I really cannot see this filly beat.

Good luck to you, personally I wouldn’t touch the race with a barge pole, it looks really trappy, I wouldn’t be surprised at all if the outsider of 4 won it.

All the best

Good luck Lochy - but as the Opening Poster pointed out, Appleby is bang out of form.

No flat racing at Warwick since 2014.

No obvious pacesetter may be the favourite's undoing.

See The Fire looks a risky bet to me. especailly at 5/4 best price. Surely Fallen Angel will win this if it is fit?

I do apologise, it was very late last night I posted after studying. I meant Nottingham obviously.

Fact remains this is a great bet. I have arrived at York, I'm in the Melrose suite having a spot of lunch. I won't be having another bet this is the only one.

Ladbrokes on course laid me a 4,000-5,000 and I will be spreading 4 x 500 about with the other books soon.

A lot of bookmakers here don't like taking bets on the races later, a few have said we will lay bets when we get to that race. Ps I did ask for the 6k with Ladbrokes and only got the 4k laid. But it's cool. All have a good days punting.

Enjoy your day and hope you land it, fair play for giving your opinion and backing it up.

I for one won’t ask to see your bet or laugh should she get turned over.

Loves the track and is race fit against rivals who’ve not ran with one trainer bang out of form so looks a good thing.

Lovely little line from Alex Apati of Ladbrokes, who said: "Christmas looks set to come early for Aidan O'Brien and co this afternoon, with a long-awaited fifth Dante Stakes on the cards."

People make mistakes he’s said it was late last night.
