The 2.15 race is showing fine,Gary.

They show fine for one minute but if you click off the race and then go back they can disappear, you have to keep going back and forward to get them back

was like that last night but only certain races from huntingdon

Sorry, I am doing my best here, but I just updated the silks again and 2.15 race has no silks. It seems to be an intermittent issue. Very frustrating.

I only posted once. The forum is unresponsive too.

Don't worry about it, with it being the summer racing dross it's small fields so it doesn't matter, we'll be able to make do

The TPD data is not loading from the same track (huntingdon) either.

Is that just a coincidence?

I have just tested it. I am not sure what is happening, but try restarting the software which I tried and it is working.

mine still not working.

Unfortunately the silks are linked to TPD. If it cannot download silks it cannot link to TPD. This is very rare. The next race is ok.

Which race specifically is not working.

15.15 Huntingdon no silks on website. It's beyond my control.

very strange, i rebooted and the 350 silks were there, i went back and they were gone

No silks or jockeys or racecard numbers for any of Huntingdon races on mine. Just names of horses.

The next race was ok, but the silks have disappeared again. Apologies, but I did not foresee this, it is not normal.

small fields so it doesn't matter too much and you can stick the life or post colours in the corner of the screen to get by as a one off, hopefully this doesn't happen again at a more important meeting.
