Did the details of why S bin Suroor was replaced by C Appleby ever come out?

I might have missed it but has any interviewer pressed Charlie A as to why his horses are underperforming? Could be feed, wrong day flu injections or other issues. But surely he could give punters a clue. As Ken P pointed out this morning he was today 0 out of 20 this year - last year it was 7 out of 18. Charlie might knock you back but just ask the bloody question.

And exactly right Doctor he needs to give the punters at least a heads up but I don’t touch him with my money anymore but at least he could give Joe Public at least an insight to what’s going on?

They obviously haven’t travelled back well, those that were in Dubai and it used to happen to Surbunyur in the beginning when they trialed that.
Appleby was understudy to Za Rooney and could have grassed him up for being a chemical Nicky! Sweet exchange hey! But even Skeik Mo was found guilty of giving his endurance horse a little extra!  |
