The idiotic presenter once again tried to fawn with JP about I Am Maximus being Red Rum. JP quickly put him in his place.

The previous winners of The Grand National (apart from Fionavon) prior to the present watered-down of the fences esp Red Rum were significantly more superior to Tiger Roll and I Am Maximus.

The present National is a prestigious and valuable handicap. Soon, it will just be another valuable handicap run in April at Aintree (sadly). The iconic status and fun will be no longer.
