Theyre hardly cheap purchases though, compared to the ones that are beating his.

His main purchases have been from France. It's only recently he has bought more Irish pointers. In general he hasn't had great success with them. As I said at the start of the season, he failed to stock up, and he has paid a price. Now playing catch-up. Stick To The Board looked to have potential, but they won't all be in that bracket. The one at Chepstow today should go close, but I wouldn't be overly keen on the sire, and the point form is untested.

Order On Time won nicely, looking more of a stayer than Stick To The Board. Perhaps not too much in behind. So the 200,000 and 215,000 buys have started well enough.
