Megan Nicholls: A former jockey and broadcaster, she is taking a leading role in identifying, buying, and managing new recruits.
Tom Malone: A prominent bloodstock agent who continues to buy horses for the yard.
Anthony Bromley: Involved in high-quality recruitment for owners.
Methodology: The yard focuses on buying from Irish Point-to-Points, sales in Ireland, and high-quality young stock

The buying power of the Yard's Owners dictate what you can buy.

Theyre hardly cheap purchases though, compared to the ones that are beating his.

His main purchases have been from France. It's only recently he has bought more Irish pointers. In general he hasn't had great success with them. As I said at the start of the season, he failed to stock up, and he has paid a price. Now playing catch-up. Stick To The Board looked to have potential, but they won't all be in that bracket. The one at Chepstow today should go close, but I wouldn't be overly keen on the sire, and the point form is untested.

Order On Time won nicely, looking more of a stayer than Stick To The Board. Perhaps not too much in behind. So the 200,000 and 215,000 buys have started well enough.
