when something wins 6 handicaps on the bounce in a short space of time, everyone assumes its improving with each race, because its carrying more weight each time. If the same 6 races were run in reverse order you would probably get exactly the same results, it would be 100/1 against in the first and 1/100 on in the last, just because of weight
