Even the Hunter Chase was only 3.3 seconds above standard (albeit 13.3 slower than GW).
This is what can happen when the COTC doesn't flood the Course
which incidentally was the last cheltenham similar to most of the previous 20+ before 2017 ie run on ground that was not to some degree soft

Apologies, Im not saying the time was wrong but that the standard needs urgently amended.
