Just put a post in referring to a Bell and some kind of end, as one word, but it was immediately moderated - I mean really, it's a fairly temperate word to add into a sentence isn't it? ps. That was not in reference to another poster on here I should clarify.

But this forum has a meltdown if one adds anything it thinks is naughty. Why? Not more bothered about keeping the site and service reliable instead? Or is a sweary word more important to moderate?

Accent adding, clever. Grin

Still, why are they so bothered on here? Have they not got better things to be bothered about at BF?

The irony being that swearing and betting are virtually joined at birth in reality....

For years, the name of the first two flat classics was not allowed here (I think because it's an offensive term in Italy.)

Dunno. There are (or used to be) certain words that ended up as **** because they were on a default naughty list that came with the American forum platform.

Moderation is different so maybe that has replaced the stars or possibly there is a second trigger list.

Whenever you get the ‘your post is being moderated’ message. It is never approved anyway. It’s lost forever and I can rarely be bothered to type it again.

If it's that important you could use the 'Enclosed Alphanumeric' alphabet....

Because there’s an awful lot of foul mouthed people around and be fair believe in decorum and the raising of standards across the nation, racing is dirty enough as it is so they recommend that all have their wheetabix on Gold Cup day and take all losses on the chin with a stiff upper lip! Laugh

I don't think they have moderators anymore. They switched to AI months ago.
