first, what is more accurate, BETTING ACTIVITY > EXCHANGE BETS or BETTING ACTIVITY > EXCHANGE BETTING HISTORY, as the figures are not identical.
anyway, my issue is, today i deposited £45. i placed a £2 4fold, and then put the rest in the first race losing 9.97 overall, i topped up another 45, to 78.03.
race 2, i placed the loose 8.03 on horse 1 before 30 on forecasts. putting me on 40.
seven minutes later i placed 20 on horse 2, and another 12 on horse 1. leaving me with 8.
this 8 was placed on horse 3 at 2.07. my balance was then empty.
and yet 2-3 minutes later (3 minutes into a 6 minute race), my balance showed as 16.59, all of which went on in play, on the two losers.
where did this money come from if i have no other bets, and the only winning bets have been credited (5 win single at 4.10 and 1.50 ew at 6.40 which won outright)
i then sat back and watched at the least staked horse won, so i expected my balance to hit 8£ x 2.07, which is 16.60 (at least this is what the return shows as on the logs), however my balance showed as 0.01, which means that instead of getting the winnings, they were used to pay for bets i had already placed.....
this underlines that the money was indeed phantom, if it came from another bet, it would not be deducted - to the penny.
i took this to the exchanges, i am an experienced bettor, we all know when X wins, what our balance is going to pop up as.
i tried to explain this to the help and they noted i came to them before in january with the exact same issue (the only ever time it's happened) - low and behold it was apparently the same person on the live chat, the exact same person.
they believe they gave me an answer, which i still couldn't pass on to you - they wouldn't answer what i see as very basic questions, kept fobbing me off and said something along the lines of my £8 bet wasnt placed............. (i do have an £8 cancelled bet, but that was when i missed the odds, cancelled and replaced - and as proven, i was able to place 16.60 in bets in play before 16.59 wasnt cashed after the horse won...
eventually i said close my account or give me the 16£ in a free bet, and he did so immediately...
i still need to know how i was able to place 16 extra in bets, i have been scammed... i dont see any two ways about it....
it effectively looks like i placed my bets, my £8 win single was cashed 3 minutes before the race ended, i then placed that money in play on the race on the two losers, and then when my horse won - it was as if i'd spent the winnings already - on a race that hadn't even finished........
what have you got for me?? i seriously hope you understand - in my head it is clear as day, in live chats, i'm talking japanese.
