An enquiry was held to following a report from the Veterinary Officer that upon examination ETTORE (IRE), trained by Nicky Henderson was a gelding and not a colt, and that Henderson had failed to notify the Racing Calendar Office of this fact. After hearing their evidence, Henderson was fined £200, this being his first breach within the previous 12 months.
