hi i rarely post , been betting with them just over a year , i recently tried to withdraw £228 , apparently theres a Mastercard problem so i say ok do a bank transfer ( just like betfred did ) we cant do that we need last months bank statement ,i decline close my account lost my dough absolute polishers

oh i forgot to mention £200 of my balance i paid in so its not winnings the £28 was from their fives freebie . u really couldnt make this up , not my effing fault the banking system crashed

Have your £228 back in time for Cheltenham. 

Or you can just let them ride you.  Your call.

Mastercard don't usually accept more than what is owed by the card holder.  If that's the problem.  Notice Before Action letter is often successful.  If not, it's off to the small claims court.  Don't forget to seek court costs ( it's a set amount ) as well as the £228 owed.
