Any vitriolic or (full-time) troll is either a lonely person (with lots of time on their hand), someone who's mentally sick or with a narcissistic personality disorder. These individuals need to be reported and actions taken; if on any social media platform, similarly here, should be ignored; take the "oxygen" away - do not fan the fire - the fire will soon die.

As for abusing jockeys this is usually money orientated derived from a losing bet or compulsive gambling. Has any one of these individuals "blamed" the fobt machines or trolled them when they lose? These individuals are also usually those who blame others for their errors in life eg a lack of professional achievements or at job interviews, in financial investment, etc.

Until these individuals adopt appropriate and effective action to alleviate these inadequacies the same behaviour will continue ie one cannot help those who do not help themselves first. Also, this is best left to the trained and paid experts.
