Is he for real? His paymasters shot themselves in the foot for restricting and closing down accounts in preference for promoting slots and casino games - the crack cocaine of gambling. In addition the over-zealousness in the implementing of AC has further restricted and closed many more recreational accounts. I was one just recently.
The bookies have been bleeding horseracing UK because of the above, and the UK Treasury for over two decades with their colossal profits from slots and casino games - fobt. And, now due to their own greediness and irresponsibility in creating a gambling culture with fobt the problem gamblers are aplenty, and impacting on the associated bodies eg law and order, NHS , families, society, etc, massively.
Make no mistakes these are the doings of the greedy bookies. Otherwise the bookies will have debated this creation of bookies in public on terrestrial tv, community centres, law and order platforms, etc.
