Not a scam as such but a definite oversell. In our opinion ( wife and I ) doesn’t do what it promises. We found out by trying a relative’s - try and do likewise, I.e., find someone who has one and give it a try.

Did try one years ago Honcho, didn't like the sensations in feet and thought i read somewhere that people with heart conditions shouldn't use them but may have just been people with pacemakers. I kept jumping my feet off it as the shocks sort of tickled.

I use one regularly as I often get bad leg cramps at night and am heavy legged in the mornings. I find it works quite well, especially at reducing overnight swelling.
In addition to taking hydration supplements, i now have much reduced problems and pain in my lower legs. Almost enough for me to look forward to walking the dog (i know i sound like the advert!). I also find the TENS pads useful for relieving back / sciatica pain - No i am not paid to make these comments. It is an expensive unit but is available with £50 off for a lot of people. |

It doesn't taste nice but Tonic water is very good for preventing leg cramps

Good luck whatever you do.

Tonic Water contains Quinine which is supposed to reduce night cramps but was primarily used to prevent malaria, but can have side effects to your kidneys. I knew an old fella years ago who had restless leg syndrome and drank a lot of tonic water but he said his legs still danced around in bed and made little difference. Thanks for replies guys.

Got one and imo it works. Set it lower vibration than you think is the key for me. Temptation is to set high and let it vibrate like a maniac but low and often is best.
