Luke with some hair as well, notice his other 2 good things got beaten though, didn't want Lucy Horner on Arisea would have been a good thing with McCoy on he said btn into 6th. Appeared a genuine bloke though despite Lukes sly dig about his choice of apparel.

He backed 3 horses on the day, one each way. So that's four units and he collected on the even money shot clawing back one unit. I make that minus 2 units on the day.

So following this tipster is not necessarily the road to riches.

Don't think he was having 10k on all of them loper, hope not anyway.

Well the King beast was the same price. I would have thought consistency was an important discipline for a propunter, but then what would I know?

Depends what he though his edge was. Massive edge = massive bet.

With all due respect,TSD has never had a massive edge.

Think he would have said if having same bets on the others, would have needed 30/40k in readies on him as well.

He referenced Martin Pipe telling him to unload on a certainty.
So an adge doesn't have to mean knowledge of horse racing

Dave reminded me of Eric Morcambe loitering in the background at the start Grin

Spot on JCM!

The old adage of "it's not what you know, it's who you know" springs to mind Wink

I rarely bet on Hammers games.
In fact, the last bet I can recall was when the Spuds were 3 nil up at home.
We managed to get one back and I Layed the Spuds at 1.01 to get a grand and more probably do a tenner.
Final score 3/3Laugh
