He's got 1 bollock.
Seem to think that Selkirk was a rig when he raced.
Might be wrong there,though.

Remember the horse from a couple of years back....Noble Locks....?

Was a gelding, unsurprisingly, and managed to get past the Jockey Club name scruitneers

Masked Ball was a rig who won a lot of handicaps for Peter Calver in the 80s.

And by complete coincidence, last night was watching an old Inbetweeners episode...where  one of the lads is modelling on stage in front of the school, and his tight shorts reveal a hairy gonad to the audience

A rig may have both testicles of which one or both have not descended but are still intact internally. hth

Not sure Selkirk was a rig, he had a trapped testicle in his pelvis  , was a very nice looking animal and had hinted was near top drawer, rem backing him first run after he had surgery but not sure it was removed rather than released, maybe it was removed but he wasn't called a rig during his racing career as I remember. (mostly poorly).
It was well reported at the time and general consensus was he did improve for it, ie it was causing pain.
Although I think he started at fairly high level. Was a golden time imo, was a lot of nice horses around (well milers) kind of went out of fashion or summit.
