Looks like a nice race for chasers over 3m4f plus on soft or worse
Some won't be getting home in the conditions
The fav, Special John at 2/1, could be thrown in off a low weight up in grade
I fancy a couple at bigger odds with 5 places on offer
Express Surprise at 11/1 for the Clive Boultbee Brooks yard, won it's last 2
And Gingerbred at 40/1 for Carroll Gray...this one loves the going, stays all day, off a low weight ...highest grade it's been in for a while but I'll take a chance at the price
