There is a great deal to be said for the humble cheddar as one of the world's great cheeses.
It tastes nice as it comes; you can slice, grate or grill it for use in sandwiches or various dishes. It is also cheap. A lot of more expensive and exotic cheeses are one-trick ponies. |
