BF does not guarantee to offer you a chance to Trade I/R.
I suspect that they do this to make people hold their pre race position now and again

back final time they suspended

In play, but suspended halfway through the race. Daq did the same and re-opened for 10 seconds then suspended mid race again, almost like they were too scared to operate a market without it's big brother doing the same.

Interestingly the Racing UK time graphic (with race time elapsed) was showing the word FINISHED instead of LIVE after the suspension happened

angela - I presumed daq suspended staright after BF, as I primarily focus on bf but keep an eye on daq markets. I was on bf at the time of the sus and looked to daq and it was always closed/settled - so guessed they followed them in?!

They do tend to wait for BF to reopen for a photo if they have not settled.

Either way its ridic and without a doubt theres a lot of funny business going on between both with the skimming and poncing.
