I know, let's have two and a half hours of FOUR IN A BED, cheapo reality TV for the brain-dead . Kind of sums up TV today really.

Theres hundreds of channels and as many films and series as you want to watch available to us all. Trying to find anything to watch on terrestrial telly is neigh on impossible.

You can get any film, any series or any TV channel you like for about £70 a year. Less than half the license fee.

S.kenbo - "Trying to find anything to watch on terrestrial telly is neigh on impossible".  Is your misspelling of nigh a clever and sophisticated critique of ITV Racing?

I’m just a bit thick, Blackbarn! Wink

I knew it looked wrong when I typed it. Couldn’t for the life of me figure out the correct spelling. It’s so obvious now I’ve seen it!

Saddo , based on the Robert B Parker novels which were excellent but not quite as good as his ' Spenser ' series which are   just fabulous .

DIAL M for Murder was on 2, Classic  Hitchcock , much Better than 4 in a bed , Channel 4 have some strange and Diverse Shows , they seem to like getting people to get their Kit off later in the day

News channels and sports channels make up 99% of my TV watching. The other 1% would be wildlife documentaries. Hardly ever watch anything that is fiction (apart from political diatribes on the news of course)

Thanks for that, paulo47. I don't know how the TV films measure up
to the books, but they are good pieces of work imo. Script, cast
and cinematography are excellent. I'll look for the author.
