In another nonsensical moment, the BHA refused 48 hour declarations for Saturday (since every trainer has a computer/laptop now, f^cknose why) and so the final decs for the 27th will be made on the 26th.

Typical for those running racing and/or betting. They want you to bet, bombard you with offers of special bets, and yet they can't tell you exactly whose running.
