McManaman (sic) shows how a hold-up ride is done. Not bad for a footballer turned jockey...
Didn't see the original ride, but Jones is far more often than not a positive rider. A massive contrast to Skelton and Bowen who are out the back, being dictated to, virtually every day of the week. Many punters just see what they want to see.
I remember saying punters see what they want to see, especially when money is involved and you gave me a massive lecture
