Just watched it.  Don’t know if it was lame but it does have a very unusual stride pattern.  Rear legs look odd.

The horse looked in serious discomfort all the way. It then stopped like it was shot. It might have to be now thanks to Charlotte.

The horse hadn't run for nearly two years and hadn't been off sunbathing.
Its action went completely turning in and could well have injured itself again.

Its action went a mile from home. Why didn't she pull it up.

Because she didn't think that it had?
Do you seriously believe that she would have continued riding otherwise?

Seemed to have lost its action hurdle before winning post first circuit, should have been pulled up then.

"Seemed to you" not the jockey who rides it most days.
What was her motive?

Who knows her motive, no write up of race on BHA website which seems a little odd, but she must have been able to feel whats going on between her legs.

The horse’s stride looked the same right from the start.  It didn’t develop during the race to my eye.

It has never been a fluent mover,Honcho.

I thought it was poor into first, then seemed to warm to task until home straight first lap, then went again, could just be an unusual gait, but wouldnt surprise me if its not seen again, Charlottes a decent jock so possibly this is its way, just didnt look good.

after 4 out its off hind leg looked iffy but it was still disputing the lead on way to last..
