Has anyone had issue's with bets kept in running but not taken. Sedgefield 1.33 I had One More Bolero to be layed at various prices from 2.6 - 3.00. None taken yet went 2.58 in running.

Are you sure it was in-running price you were looking at? Based on the graphs the shortest in-running price would have been about 3.1, but it did hit 2.58 very early in pre-off betting.
