9/4-9/2 Strange performance. Travelled very well at Chepstow, and was always going to pick up the Derham horse. On that run you would have thought a quicker track on slow ground wouldn't have been an issue, but today it was up and down the field, and in the end was all over the shop.

weird race all round. Thistle Be The One was hammered, last seen being pulled up. the favourite, Surrey Lord, search parties out looking for it until it appeared flying home once the first two had put the race to bed.
