The rest were not good enough today to go the pace - nothing to do with only 2 triers
Report uptheirons November 23, 2025 3:08 PM GMT
An utterly moronic comment
Report stu November 23, 2025 3:08 PM GMT
BS Kriskin, grade one horses couldn't go 28 mph which leader was doing...

Report stu November 23, 2025 3:10 PM GMT
You think any effort to win that by any other than top 2 irons?
Report Kriskin November 23, 2025 3:11 PM GMT
stu - do u think there was something else going on?
Report wondersobright November 23, 2025 3:11 PM GMT

Report stu November 23, 2025 3:11 PM GMT
I see you stopped trying to say they couldn't have gone 28 mph then...?

Pathetic efforts all round (aside from front 2)
Report uptheirons November 23, 2025 3:12 PM GMT
The rest could not lay up with them. It's as simple as that, stu.
Report stu November 23, 2025 3:14 PM GMT
Yep sure, grade one jumpers couldn't run at 28 mph over 2mile 3 furlongs....ok. Or did the jocks all just deliberately pull them a mile back and not bother - think it was latter.

They may well have thought they were playing for 2nd/3rd, but you are actually supposed to pretend at least to try.
Report stu November 23, 2025 3:16 PM GMT
The rest could not lay up with them. It's as simple as that, stu.

Really? How is that possible? Or did they suddenly turn into selling horses?
Report uptheirons November 23, 2025 3:22 PM GMT
Anything that tried to lay up with them wouldn't have got to four out.
Try learning to read a race as opposed to looking at the MPH,Stu

Report stu November 23, 2025 3:27 PM GMT
Even being in same parish would be a starting point, wouldn't exactly have been difficult, at all....
Report stu November 23, 2025 3:28 PM GMT
They deliberately lost a huge amount early - that is the fact (though in Irish races not exactly uncommon)
Report uptheirons November 23, 2025 3:35 PM GMT
I am afraid that there is no hope for you,Stu.
Long may you hold a funded BF A/CLaugh
Report stu November 23, 2025 3:36 PM GMT
see you ran out of argument so resort to insults instead.
Report uptheirons November 23, 2025 3:40 PM GMT
I stated my case clearly,Stu.
It is hardly my fault that you lack the ability to race read.
BTW,it was heavy ground today.
If Usain Bolt ran a 100 Yards through a quagmire do yo think that he would run as fast as on Stadium ground?
Report Rico-Dangleflaps November 23, 2025 3:43 PM GMT
post yours lays of the race irons, that will silence him.
Report stu November 23, 2025 3:44 PM GMT
you can't even get the going right not a chance that was heavy Laugh
Report wondersobright November 23, 2025 3:45 PM GMT
its nowhere near heavy ground on times
Report stu November 23, 2025 3:45 PM GMT
Anyway, I've stated the actual facts - not interested in the excuses posted by irons or anyone.

It's the non trier heaven over there, for sure.
Report stu November 23, 2025 3:46 PM GMT
You're welcome to it irons.

STUZpid I think you'll find Gaelic warrior hit 34mph in running at one point and general 30/31 for most of race

The front two going at it hammer and tongs was a recipe for a possible disaster

but they wernt...warrior got given a comfy lead going 28-30mph...fact or file was clear of the others going easily
they wernt hammer and tong till after 2 out..there was never a recipe for disaster..only one of the front 2 was ever gona win bar them both falling 2 out or 1 out.

would of happily have laid my full bank pre hulk...trip way too short..stable out of form..was a 10/10 lay.

7 horses not off. Great race on paper, reality it was like a maiden hurdle. Tries to the front. As Rico said, GW went a solid gallop not a break neck one like Ruby was keen to emphasise. That was all planned out pre race. FTF to sit off GW and have it between them at the end. Carve up.
Report slickster November 23, 2025 10:11 PM GMT
Frico spouting this n that. " Would of happily have laid my full bank". "Was a 10/10 lay". This from the freak who claims to be 3.3 million up yeah. What did he lay it for... a piddling score to lose a monkey. Wadfc.

spot on ASOWB, the others didn't give a sh0ght for trying to be in the 'race'. It never was one, other than the 'match' bet.
